Join us for an evening of yoga and a wonderful sound bath. You will be guided through a series of yoga postures to allow some ease and comfort in your body and also feel more connected to your body ready to be immersed in sound. The sound bath will consist of gong and singing bowls. There are so many benefits of a sound bath such as calming the body and mind, boosts mood, improves sleep, aids healing and elevates overall wellbeing.
